Return Policy

 Eligibility for returns

Item condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of fragrance, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, unsealed, or tested.


Original packaging: All returns must be in the original product packaging with any cellophane or tags intact. You have 14 days from purchase to return the unused and open item to us. 


How to make a return
Initiate a return request: Contact our customer service team or use our online return portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package your return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the item: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification.
If your return is approved, a refund for the product cost will be processed to your original payment method within [e.g., 5–10] business days.


Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence. We will promptly evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at our expense.
